Deborah Dickson is a Melbourne based artist specialising in floral-inspired oil paintings.

Her love of flowers comes from over 25 years of experience as a florist, and this became the catalyst for launching a new career in painting.

With an intimate knowledge of the physicality of flowers, Deborah applies a botanical understanding to her lush, still life paintings. Her work captures the slow beauty of nature and conveys a sense of the emotional power of flowers through intricate detailing.
